Jill Talbot, MA, LMFTA

Jill has a passionate curiosity for understanding human relationships. She believes that by restoring and nurturing our relationships, we can lead more satisfying lives. As a natural communicator and problem-solver, Jill fosters an open environment where clients can increase their self-awareness and work towards their goals. Jill is particularly interested in the power of the stories we tell ourselves and finds joy in helping clients see new perspectives and understand how these shifts can impact their lives.

Jill specializes in helping couples enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and reestablish intimacy, enabling them to enjoy the lifelong benefits of connection and companionship. With over 20 years of her own marriage experience, and roles as a mother, stepmother, grandmother and daughter of aging parents, she understands the various roles we play and the unique challenges faced by individuals, couples, families, and blended families.

Jill earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Vanderbilt University and spent many years working in finance. After taking a career break to start her family, Jill pursued her passion for helping people by earning a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fairfield University. Jill lives in Greenwich and enjoys cooking and planning exotic travel with her family.

Ashley loves witnessing people change and improve their relationships to become more fulfilling, collaborative, and connected. Her focus is on helping clients discover more adaptive ways to interact with their families, spouses, friends, and environment; aiming to break patterns that keep them stuck. Ashley finds it exciting to uncover strengths in clients that they didn't realize they had, and to help them see things from a fresh perspective.

Ashley works with individuals, couples, and families, and is particularly passionate about guiding clients through difficult transitions and complex issues. Ashley earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York at Geneseo and worked in finance for many years. After taking a break to start her family, Ashley pursued her current path, earning a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fairfield University.

Ashley has been married for over 15 years and is a mother to two school-age daughters. Additionally, she cares for her aging mother in their Westport home. Ashley cherishes the outdoors and firmly believes in its profoundly positive effect on mental health and well-being.
