Individual Therapy
We help individuals identify their strengths and optimize their relationships so they can achieve their goals. Individuals facing a range of challenges can attend therapy sessions alone or with supportive family members or partners to better facilitate change. While the individual may be experiencing symptoms personally, we believe their relationships play a crucial role in both influencing and being influenced by their efforts to make changes. While we evaluate on an individual basis whether we will see children or teenagers alone, we always invite parents in as we believe they are a vital part of the process.
